DEBATABLE.

actually, i dont think so..

my conclusion is:
its just a statement for us, human to make ourselves feel better.

WHY?

-ONE.
people want to be rewarded.

especially with hardwork put in. ((:

-TWO.
if the statement is recognised to be untrue,

WHY WORK? =]]

-THREE.
we can control the amount of hardwork/effort put in,

BUT talent/ability is not something that can be improved easily. xDD

sometimes, people just want to lie to ourselves
and
we cant blame us for being human.

everyone wants to feel good.

who is willing to accept the fact that

SAY STUDIES..

it is TRUE that u study hard enough,

u would at least do well enough to pass.

however. who can tell me,
who can guarantee that

you will do well if u study hard enough?

ok. first. what is doing well? PASS/SCORE A,B,C,D???

i'd say studying very hard gives u a CHANCE of getting excellent results.

hardwork does not necessarily pays off,
but there is a probability of it paying off.
[ HIGH chance ]

im sure most will agree with me.

for those who study real hard,
how often do u score well?

for those who do last min work,
how many times do u "TYCO" through?

SAY WORK..

putting in 101% effort,

giving the best u can for projects/deals/assignments.

SO WHAT?

compare that to excellent leadership skills,
in relative to irresistible charisma,
or weighing with perfect EQ, fantastic social skills.

what is hardwork?

wells.. hardwork might not secure promotions.

but to get promoted u have to be willing to work.

to be able to get far in life,

u MUST be willing to commit, put in effort and work.

BUT.

we cannot always EXPECT to see results from our hardwork.
